Dear
Members and Friends,
Welcome to another year of fun,
fellowship, and interesting programs.
We meet on the second Thursday of
every month except August. A list
of programs and locations are availble
for viewing and can be downloaded.
Members are not called to be reminded
about meetings. Changes to the schedule
will be posted in the Pagosa Sun
the week before each meeting. Carpooling
to meetings is always a good idea,
especially in winter.
Each meeting begins at noon with
a potluck luncheon. Bring your table
service along with your favorite
covered dish or dessert. The hostess
provides drinks such as tea, coffee,
lemonade, etc.
We hope you will mark your calendar
and come every time. Guests are
always welcome.
Special Community Projects for the
coming year include but are not
limited to:
- Funding scholarships for the
Archuleta County Education Center
for "Babysitting Course"
- Making comfort pillows for area
nursing facilities and homebound
patients
- Making honor badge vests for
local Cub Scout troop
- Volunteering at the Archuleta
County Fair
- Supporting Seeds of Learning
Early Childhood Center
- Donating gifts to the SW Women's
Safe House serving the 4-Corners
area.
