Friends and Neighbors:
The Archuleta County Fair Boards
starts planning each year's Fair
in January and continues to work
hard right up until the day the
Fair opens. We have lots of new
and exciting things planned as well
as the return of many old favorites
for this years Fair.
Some hightlights include: Annual
Lee Sterling Chili Taste, Bucking
H Rodeo, KWUF Coalgate Country Showdown,
Demolition Derby, 4-H Chuck Wagon
Dinner, Livestock Auction, Saturday
night Dance with Tim Sullivan &
Narrow Gauge, Kid's Rodeo, amusement
attractions, entertainment, games,
exibits and contests.
Our Fair Board will continue to
emphasize the importance of the
root of our fair, which is 4-H.
We will always be committed to this
priority and at the same time we
are also dedicated to meeting the
needs of our growing community.
The 2007 Archuleta County Fair will
be held Thursday, August 2nd through
Sunday, August 5th at the Fairgrounds.
