An Archuleta County Fairgrounds Planned Use Form must be completed and taken to Extension Office along with proof of liability insurance, deposit and user fees to reserve a date for an event. Event dates are reserved on a first come first serve basis.

Damage fees will be assessed for damaged table, chairs and any damage to building (bathrooms, floor, etc.).
