Cake Decorating

Learning Experiences:
• Practice baking cakes and using simple decorations.
• Select character pans, bake, and decorate cakes using tubes.
• Mix and use various colored icings.
• Use professional cake decorating equipment.
• Develop skill in using three to five basic tubes.
• Combine icing colors and design.
• Practice decorating two-layer cakes and cake forms.
• Decorate a minimum of five cakes.
• Share talents acquired through demonstrations and exhibits.
• Evaluate project with leader.
2008 Schedule all meetings will be held in the front meeting room of the Extension office unless otherwise specified.
